Digital Products — No Refunds
Due to the nature of our digital products, Froiden Technologies Pvt. Ltd. does not offer refunds for purchases made on ui.froiden.com. Once a template, component pack, or any other digital product has been purchased and delivered, the sale is final.
Digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase. Because the source code is immediately accessible and cannot be "returned" in a meaningful way, we are unable to process refunds.
Free Components
All individual components and UI kit items on Froiden UI are free to use. No payment is required, so no refund situation applies. Only premium templates and bundles are chargeable products.
Exceptions
In rare circumstances, we may consider a refund or credit at our sole discretion — for example, if you were charged multiple times for the same product due to a payment processing error, or if the product delivered is materially different from what was described on the product page.
To request an exception, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order details and a description of the issue.
