Overview

The Froiden UI License grants you permission to use digital products (components, UI kit items, and templates) purchased or downloaded from ui.froiden.com. This license is issued by Froiden Technologies Pvt. Ltd. By using any product from Froiden UI, you agree to the terms outlined below.

License Grant

Upon purchase or download, you receive an ongoing, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the digital work. This license is not transferable and applies to the individual or team that made the purchase.

For team purchases, the license covers all members of the team at the time of purchase. The license size must match the number of team members using the product.

What You Can Do

• Create unlimited end products for personal use or for clients.
• Modify, combine, and manipulate the items to create derivative works.
• Use the items in commercial and non-commercial projects.
• Reuse items across multiple projects.
• Sell, license, sub-license, or distribute end products you create using the items.

Example end products: Commercial websites, mobile apps, web applications, SaaS products, landing pages, portfolios, client projects, presentations, and internal tools.

What You Cannot Do

• Redistribute, resell, or share the source files or items as-is — whether modified or unmodified — as stock, in a template marketplace, or as a design asset.
• Sell or distribute the items on any marketplace, including ui.froiden.com or competing platforms.
• Create themes, templates, or UI kits for resale that are substantially based on Froiden UI items.
• Claim ownership of the original items or represent them as your own work.

Free Components

All free components and UI kit items on Froiden UI are available under the same license terms. You may use them in personal and commercial projects without purchase. The restrictions above still apply — you cannot redistribute the source code as a competing product.

Third-Party Components

Some items may include or depend on third-party libraries (e.g., Framer Motion, Lucide React). These libraries are subject to their own open-source licenses. Froiden UI does not claim ownership of third-party code. Please review the respective licenses for any third-party dependencies.

Ownership

Froiden Technologies Pvt. Ltd. retains ownership of all items and source code. This license grants you usage rights only — it does not transfer intellectual property ownership.

Enforcement

Violations of this license will be pursued by Froiden Technologies Pvt. Ltd. through appropriate legal channels. If you believe your use case is not covered by this license, please contact us at legal@froiden.com before proceeding.
